Since an early age and especially since the first exhibition of his collection in Paris in 1984 (see page 2), BillyBoy* has regularly photographed pieces from his haute couture collection on real people instead of still Stockman dress forms or mannequins. This aesthetic statement, which aims to enhance the garment in a living context has been developed over the years. This work is illustrated on this page with photos taken since 2007, a long-term project which will continue for the year 2013, in Switzerland, with celebrities and various personalities as well as anonymous persons.
